Kegan Kline’s appeal denied by court in ‘abhorrent’ case – Indianapolis News | Indiana Weather | Indiana Traffic

The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld Kegan Kline’s 40-year prison sentence in a child porn case. The three-judge panel rejected Kline’s request to overturn the sentence, which was handed down after he pleaded guilty to 25 felony counts including child solicitation and possession of child pornography. Kline used fake social media profiles to obtain sexually explicit images of young girls, with the court describing his actions as “abhorrent” and “heinous.” Kline could still appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court, but for now, he remains in prison with a potential release date in 2048.
