Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 9-year-old Elayne Sidamda, who has been missing since Thursday evening. She was last seen at the Hills Apartments on the west side of Indy and is described as being 4 feet, 9 inches tall, and 70 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Sidamda was wearing a green shirt, black shorts, and flip flops at the time of her disappearance. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact authorities at 911, the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160, or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477.
