Trent Sisley, a highly rated four-star recruit, has committed to play basketball at Indiana University. The 6’7 forward played three seasons at Heritage Hills High School before transferring to Montverde Academy for his senior year. Sisley, ranked 70th on 247 Sports, chose IU over several other schools including Purdue, Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Iowa. He averaged impressive stats last season and is the first commitment for IU’s 2025 class. Sisley visited Bloomington along with Braylon Mullins and Eric Reibe, with Mullins also playing on the same AAU team as Sisley. This marks IU’s first Indiana high school recruit commitment since 2022.

In other Indiana basketball news, the team’s Big Ten schedule has been revealed and eight key takeaways were identified from a recent media day. As the program prepares for the upcoming season, the addition of Sisley is seen as a promising development for the Hoosiers. With his skills and potential, Sisley has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the team and contribute to their success in the future. His commitment reflects IU’s continued efforts to recruit top talent and build a strong foundation for the program.
