The Fever made a comeback in the third quarter but ultimately fell short. The Sun’s Kaila Charles was honored as the league’s Most Improved Player. Indiana’s Erica Wheeler suffered an injury in the first half and did not return to the game. Tyasha Harris was also sidelined for the Sun due to an ankle injury. Despite a valiant effort from Clark and the Fever, the Sun emerged victorious to sweep the series. The game was not without drama as a fan was escorted out of the arena after an incident in the first quarter. The Sun’s strong performance throughout the game secured their spot in the semifinals.
