Indianapolis Monthly’s Fall Savor Dinner Series Returns to Delight Locals
INDIANAPOLIS – This Friday, Indianapolis Monthly kicks off its much-anticipated Fall Savor dining series, showcasing the culinary talents of some of central Indiana’s best chefs in a unique five-course dinner experience. The series takes place over three evenings, where two chefs from different restaurants collaborate to create exclusive menus, delighting guests with their innovative dishes and culinary stories.
The Friday night highlight features Chef Rob Carmack of Cheeky Bastards, a British restaurant, paired with Chef Tony Lepore from Tuscan Table Ristorante. The duo has crafted a menu that beautifully marries British and Italian influences, including a creative spin on the classic English dish ‘Toad in a Hole’ alongside Italian sausage and peppers.
In addition to Friday’s culinary offerings, Wednesday will spotlight Brazilian fusion cuisine with chefs Katia Hundle from Fernando’s Mexican & Brazilian Cuisine and Cindy Hawkins from Team Indiana. Thursday features chefs Danny Keiner of The Hulman at Hotel Indy and Eric Hollon from Up Cellar, known for their seafood and new American cooking styles.
Each evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres, followed by the chefs presenting their gourmet dishes, paired with curated wines available for purchase. Local nonprofits will benefit from a portion of the proceeds each night as the event aims to support the community while providing a unique dining experience.
New this year, a silent art auction curated by artist Tony Roko will add an artistic flair to the event, with a portion of sales benefitting the featured nonprofit.
Tickets for the three-night event are still available, although Friday night is nearing a sell-out. Attendees can expect an unforgettable culinary experience unlike any other. For tickets and more information, visit Indianapolis Monthly’s website.
