Indy-based family business Taste of Innova has been making a splash this season with their food truck and restaurant locations popping up at major sporting venues across the city. Serving fans at events like Indiana Fever and Colts games, as well as the Pacers’ preseason matches, Taste of Innova has been dishing out their popular hand-breaded chicken tenders at Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Indianapolis Convention Center.
Known for their signature chicken tenders prepared with a special milk and egg batter and house seasoning blend, Taste of Innova offers a variety of dishes including thin tenderloin sandwiches, chicken tender waffle sandwiches, and fried cauliflower for plant-based options. With the upcoming Taylor Swift concert at Lucas Oil Stadium, the family-owned business is introducing a special menu item called “Glitter and Sparkle Chicken Wings” drizzled with edible glitter for Swifties to enjoy.
Co-owner Monique Hawkins expressed her excitement about the hustle and bustle of this season, stating that despite the nonstop schedule, it has been worth it. Monique also emphasized the business’s commitment to treating customers like family, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where regulars are greeted like kin.
