The Indiana Pacers have found a new TV home with the rebranding of Bally Sports Indiana to the FanDuel Sports Network. The channel will continue to broadcast 76 out of the 82 regular season games. This change comes after Diamond Sports Group, the parent company of Bally Sports, filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. The partnership with FanDuel will not only change the name of the channel but also add exclusive programming such as Kay Adams’ show “Up & Adams”.
The FanDuel Sports Network will cover not only the Indiana Pacers but also other NBA, MLB, and NHL teams under Diamond’s regional networks. Viewers in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and around St. Louis can find the channel in the same place as before on their network guide with providers like DIRECTV, Fubo, Spectrum, Xfinity, and U-verse TV. Fans will also be able to stream the games through the FanDuel Sports Network app with a subscription to one of the mentioned providers.
The broadcast plans for regular season games starting in December will be released closer to the dates due to the Emirates NBA Cup Knockout Rounds. The Pacers home opener will be against the Philadelphia 76ers on October 27th. Key members of the broadcast team, including play-by-play announcer Chris Denari and analyst Quinn Buckner, will be returning under the FanDuel Sports Network umbrella. Stay tuned to WISH-TV for comprehensive coverage of the Indiana Pacers throughout the season.
