Former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce will host a late-night talk show on ESPN called “They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce” starting in January. The hour-long show will be filmed in front of a live audience at Union Transfer in Philadelphia for five weeks straight on Friday nights. Kelce plans to have guests that include legends of the game, friends he played with, coaches, and celebrities. The title of the show pays homage to the first NFL Films full-length film, “They Call it Pro Football,” and the filming location honors the fact that NFL Films originated in Philadelphia.
Each episode will air on ESPN, ESPN2, and be available on ESPN+ and Kelceās YouTube channel. Kelce, who retired from the Eagles last season after 13 years with the team, is currently in a multiyear agreement with ESPN. He also appears on “Monday Night Countdown” providing analysis. Kelce won his first and only Super Bowl ring with the Eagles in 2018. He and his brother, Travis Kelce, also host a popular podcast that recently signed a lucrative deal with Amazon’s Wondry. Kelce’s new late-night show is anticipated to be a fun and celebratory addition to the late-night talk show scene.
