Ohio State has moved up to the No. 3 spot in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll after a 20-13 victory over Penn State. This win helped solidify the Buckeyes’ resume, as they had previously faced weaker opponents. Oregon is still ranked No. 1 with 53 first-place votes. Indiana also climbed to No. 10 after starting their season 9-0, a first in program history under coach Curt Cignetti.
In the SEC, Georgia remains at No. 2 despite a messy win over Florida, while Texas A&M dropped to No. 16 following a loss to South Carolina. Tennessee moved up to No. 6 after defeating Kentucky. Clemson and Iowa State both dropped out of the top-10 after losing at home as favorites.
The full Week 11 Coaches Poll rankings are as follows: Oregon (No. 1), Georgia (No. 2), Ohio State (No. 3), Miami (No. 4), Texas (No. 5), Tennessee (No. 6), Penn State (No. 7), Notre Dame (No. 8), BYU (No. 9), Indiana (No. 10), Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU, Boise State, SMU, Texas A&M, Clemson, Iowa State, Army, Washington State, Kansas State, Missouri, Pitt, Colorado, and Vanderbilt. Illinois and Memphis were dropped from the rankings.
Other teams receiving votes include Tulane, Louisville, South Carolina, Louisiana, Syracuse, UNLV, Arizona State, Minnesota, Iowa, Memphis, Illinois, Texas Tech, and James Madison.
