DAS Technology, a consumer engagement SaaS artificial intelligence technology company, had a significant day at its annual AUTOVATE conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company unveiled a new messaging tool, AI Engage, which combines AI-powered messaging technology with live moderators to enhance dealer and consumer communication throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
In addition to the new messaging tool, DAS also announced its 10th acquisition, acquiring Engage To Sell and its live messaging communication technology. This acquisition will bolster DAS’s ability to follow up with consumer leads and help dealers close deals faster.
CEO Alexi Venneri expressed excitement about the new developments, stating that DAS now offers the industry’s most expansive messaging solution with AI Engage, expanding its client base and enhancing its CDXP SaaS technology.
AI Engage is designed to provide real-time communication through various channels, including text, chat, and messenger systems, to engage consumers 24/7 on dealer websites. The system integrates with CRMs and performs identity resolution between multiple systems to offer consumers immediate answers and details about vehicle inventory, reviews, trade-in valuations, service appointments, and more.
One of the first clients to use AI Engage, Bettenhausen Automotive, praised the system for its ability to increase lead conversion results by combining AI chat with live person interactions. The hybrid solution allows customers to choose between AI chat and speaking with a live representative, catering to different preferences.
Overall, DAS Technology’s new messaging tool and acquisition of Engage To Sell demonstrate the company’s commitment to improving consumer engagement and dealer communication within the automotive industry.
