An older man was fatally shot in a rural area near Norman, Indiana, with another man injured in the incident. The shooting took place just after 9:05 p.m. on West County Road 325 North, leaving Larry Fox, 76, dead at the scene and Robert Fox, 28, shot in the arm and taken to the hospital. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident, but there is no information on the motive or any suspects at this time. The location of the shooting is near the south edge of Yellowwood State Forest and is about a 25-minute drive northwest of Brownstown, the county seat.
