A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for 42-year-old Kimberly S. Smith, a missing South Bend woman last seen in Mishawaka on February 11th, located 131 miles north of Indianapolis. Described as 5 feet tall, 97 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, Smith is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance. The South Bend Police Department is urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact them at 574-255-0606 or dial 911.
