OPERA Iowa, the educational troupe of Des Moines Metro Opera, will be presenting Rossini’s “Cinderella” at the Warren Cultural Center in Greenfield on April 5 at 7 p.m. This will be a chance for area residents to experience one of Iowa’s premier performing arts organizations.
For nearly 40 years, OPERA Iowa has been bringing the joy of opera to audiences in ten states across the region, as well as in Japan and China. With over one million students and adults reached, the troupe has made a significant impact on promoting opera and music education.
The performance of “Cinderella” will be sung in English, making it accessible to all audience members. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, with free admission for students (high school and younger). Tickets can be ordered online at warrenculturalcenter.com.
