Nicholas Fortinberry, the husband of Brittany Fortinberry, the Indiana teacher accused of sexually abusing children by asking them to participate in a gangbang while wearing “Scream” masks, has filed for divorce. Legal documents reveal that Nicholas filed for divorce back in February as the police investigation into his wife was unfolding.
Brittany, a former high school teacher, is facing multiple child sex abuse charges for allegedly abusing junior high students by providing them with alcohol and magic mushrooms before engaging in sexual activities with them, including orchestrating an orgy where the boys wore masks from the “Scream” movie franchise.
According to court documents, one of the boy’s parents informed police that Nicholas was aware of his wife’s actions and threatened harm to one of the kids if he came forward.
