Indiana Fever Launches Diaper Donation Drive at Preseason Tip-Off
INDIANAPOLIS (April 30, 2025) – As the Indiana Fever gears up for their preseason game against the Washington Mystics at Gainbridge Fieldhouse this Saturday, they invite fans to make a meaningful contribution to local families in need. Fans can donate diapers and wipes at the Delaware Street entrance and Morris Bicentennial Plaza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., leading up to the 1 p.m. game.
In collaboration with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Kroger, and the Indiana Diaper Bank, the Fever aims to collect 50,000 diapers, a significant increase from last year’s total of 30,000. “We’re encouraging fans to bring the same passion they show on game day to support families in our community,” said Amber Cox, the Fever’s Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. “Even a small donation can have a significant impact.”
Additionally, fans can donate at 19 participating Kroger locations in the Indy area until May 3. Monetary contributions are also welcome at givebutter.com/PacersSportsEntertainmentDiaperDrive2025, where $1 can buy four diapers.
The Indiana Diaper Bank, led by CEO Ashley Burns, will distribute the collected diapers through local food pantries, daycares, and shelters. “Packing the Plaza with diapers is a powerful way to support caregivers,” Burns stated.
